2022-2023 UPUA Candidate Questionnaire

We believe that all potential representatives should care about gender equity, so we created a questionnaire to help voters stay informed about their potential representatives' philosophy of, commitment to and solutions toward the issue.

We asked candidates to think critically about how sexual violence is defined and addressed at Penn State and how they can use their platforms to advocate for improved policies and initiatives.

We hope that you consider their questionnaire responses to make informed votes and endorsements.

Information regarding the endorsement process can be located at vote.psu.edu. Don't forget to visit the same website on March 31, 2022, to cast your vote!

Please note: The Schreyer Gender Equity Coalition was not aware that organizations would not be allowed to endorse candidates for the 2022-2023 UPUA elections at the time of distributing this document. Any references to 'endorsement' should be disregarded as we will not be endorsing any candidates.
